To downloads Regs please:

1- Hover over the particular Regs you want and ‘left-click on your mouse.

2- When in flickr you will see a down arrow in the bottom right corner of the screen. Left-click again and a box will appear with the size of the download you want. Again hover over and left-click which ever you want.
